When should I arrive for my appointment? |

For your first visit to the office please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You need arrive only 5 minutes early for subsequent appointments. |

What should I bring to my first appointment? |

Any medical information you have that is relevant to your medical condition will be very helpful. It's safe to assume that we have NOT received any xrays, CT's, or MRIs. The actual images/films or a CD are preferred over the radiologist reports. You will have to collect these and bring them with you. Please bring operative notes if previous surgery has been performed on the area we will be examining if you can obtain them. Please bring photo ID and your insurance card. |

Do we have an option of seeing other therapists? |

While we think the therapists in our office offer excellent care with the added bonus of having easy access to our physicians for questions, we will work with you to select the physical therapy group that works best for you. We have excellent relationships with nearly all therapist in the area. |

Why can't I get pain medication refilled at night or weekends? |

With rare exceptions our physicians are instructed to not refill medications at night because they do not have access to your patient records. |
